How to create an AI Logicbox Interview?

A short technical assessment during the Live Interview is always one of the finest ways to assess a candidate's skill. iMocha brings this live through AI Logicbox Interviews. It helps you evaluate the candidate through Live Interviews with an assisted technical discussion.

AI Logicbox Interview is a technical assessment integrated with a Live Interview. AI Logicbox Interview provides an option to include live assessment during a Live Interview to help the candidate prove their technical expertise and empower the recruiter in screening skill-fit candidates.

How to create an AI Logicbox Interview?

To conduct an AI Logicbox interview, the test for interview has to be created prior to the live interview. 

Create a Test for the Interview:

1. Click Interviews -> Test for Interviews to create a test.
   
2. Click Create New Test.
   
3. Enter a name for the test in the window that appears.
   
4. Click Create New Test to create a new test with the entered name.
5. The following window appears.
   
6. Click Add Skills to add sections and questions to the sections.
   

   Now you can add questions to the test from either iMocha Skills Library or My Questions.

   

   iMocha Skills Library has the following question types:

   

   Select a skill from 2500+ skills in the iMocha's skill library.

   
   

   OR

   Add skills from My Question library.

   Note: Ensure to add your questions to the My Questions library.

7. Select all the desired section/skills, questions, and add the questions to the test.
   
   
   

   The configurable test settings available are:

   Test Settings

   You can edit the Test name and Test alias name from the Settings tab of the test.
   
   

   Report Settings 

   You can add, edit, or delete the performance category corresponding to each test here:

   Once you finish adding all questions, all the Sections, adding or updating the settings go ahead and publish the test.

8. Click Publish to publish the Test and include it in the AI Logicbox interview while scheduling the AI Logicbox interview.

Schedule AI Logicbox Interview:

1. Go to Interviews-> My Interviews.
   
2. Click Create New Interview.
   
3. The following window appears:
   
   
   Enter the Topic, select  AI-Logicbox, and the Test created for the AI Logicbox Interview.
   You can Assign Parameters by copying it from Global Settings, any other Interview Templates created, or customize the measuring parameters as required.
4. Click Create Interview.  
   A new Interview Template is created. Now you can create any number of Interview Instance under this template, note that the Type of Interview and the Rating Parameters assigned for the Interview Template is applicable for all the Interview Instances under the template.
   A grid with all the interview templates are displayed. The type of interview and the test used in AI Logicbox Interviews are displayed against each Interview Template for easy identification.
   
   You can select the type of interview from the drop-down menu to filter the grid accordingly.
   
5. Click the particular Interview template for which you want to create Interview Instance.
   
6. The below window appears, if you have not yet created any interview instances before.
   
   OR
   If interview instances are already created for the particular Interview Template then all the interview instances created under the template are displayed.
   
7. You can either schedule the Interview for a later time convenient for both interviewer and candidate using the Schedule Interview option or  use the Meet Now option for an immediate interview, provided both the interviewer and candidate are available.
   
   1.  Click Schedule Interview to schedule an interview at a later time.
      
      Follow the below steps to schedule the interview for a later time convenient to both the interviewer and the candidate.
      i. Select Schedule Interview.
      ii.  Enter the Topic for the interview, select the test for interview from the drop-down            list and the description according to your requirement and click Next.
           
           iii. Enter the time, duration, and the Time zone.
                 Ensure to select the appropriate time zone for both the candidate and the                                    interviewer.
                
           iv. Enter the candidate's, the host's, and the interviewer's email addresses.
                
            v. Click Send Invitation.
   

           You have now scheduled an interview.

   

   
   Or
       b.  Click Meet Now to conduct the interview immediately.
            
             Follow the below steps to conduct an immediate interview, provided both the                            interviewer and candidate are available.
             i. Enter the topic for the interview and click Create Meeting.
            
        ii. Once you click Create Meeting, the text box for the candidate's Email ID is activated,                 and the candidate's and Host's interview links are created.
             You can either enter the candidate's email address to send the interview link for the                  candidate through email  or copy the candidate's link and share it with them through                any other means.
            
      iii.  Click Start Meeting or copy and paste the Host's link on the browser to join the                
             interview directly.
    You have created a Meet Now interview, connect with and validate the candidate per the requirement.

You can view all the interview instances created for the particular interview template, including candidate email, topic, interviewers' names, interview link, and more will be displayed on the page.

In case you missed copying the interview link from the Meet Now option, you can copy the same by clicking the interview link on the interview instance page.

i. The Test Score displays the score the candidate attained after attempting the test included in the interview.

ii. The Interview Status includes:

• 'No Show' when the candidate doesn't appear for the interview.
• 'Completed' when the interview is complete.
• 'Scheduled' when the interview is scheduled and not yet started.

iii. The Interview score is the aggregate of the candidate ratings given by the interviewers after the interview

iv. The interviewer can set the Candidate Status at the end of the interview on the interviewing window while entering their rating or after completing the interview on the interview instance page. The Candidate Status can be set by clicking the drop-down, and the options available are given below:

v. You can click the Report icon on the Actions column and view the reports generated shortly after the interview is complete
