The proficiency level can depend on experience, additional information etc.
Note: When new skills are added, they are flagged as 'Not Validated'. You can validate them using various validation options.
  3. AI evaluates how well your current proficiency levels align with the expected proficiency levels for your job profile by analyzing your resume data. Based on this assessment, skills are categorized as follows:
    - Match: If the proficiency level inferred from your resume matches the expected proficiency for the job profile, the skill is considered a match.
    - Proficiency Gap: If your current proficiency level is lower than the expected proficiency for the job profile, it is marked as a gap, indicating a potential need for upskilling.
    - Skill Gap: Skill that is not currently possessed but is necessary for a specific job role.
  4.  AI identifies and classifies all relevant skills essential for a person's profile, including both technical skills (e.g., programming, data analysis) and soft skills (e.g., leadership, communication).
