How to add manager validation for team members?

Know how to provide your validations for your team members.

Manager Validation indicates the average proficiency score validated by the manager for a specific skill of a team member. This metric provides an overview of the employee's proficiency in that particular skill based on their manager's validation.

To review skills of a team member:

  1. Go to Skill Profile.
  2. Click Review Skills to view all your team members.
  3. Click the Rate Skills button corresponding to the member for whom you want to add the rating.
  4. Select the required rating from the scale of 1-9 from the drop down list corresponding to the specific skill for the particular member.
  5. Click Save, after you have entered all the necessary validations.

The team member can view the validation in their skill profile as shown below:
