Here is a quick troubleshooting guide for a seamless session experience:

    Mic Issue:

    1. Disconnect any external devices and use the system’s mic for audio registration.

    2. Go to System Settings and in Microphone Privacy settings and allow mic access to

    all the applications.

    3. If there’s any issue you’re facing with your mic altogether, please visit this website

to have your mic tested: https://mictests.com

    Webcam Issue:

Move to a very well-lit area and fit your entire face in the oval shape

shown on the screen before you click on ‘Take Photo’.

I would also request you if you could check if your camera itself is functioning properly

    from this site here: https://webcamtests.com/

(Please check your camera in other apps such as Skype, Camera etc. as well)

In certain cases, there is an issue with the firewall which causes camera-related

problems. Please try and switch to cellular hotspot and then try to attempt the session

    1. Allow Camera Access in Windows

Step 1: Open Camera Privacy Settings

    · Let apps access your camera

    · Allow desktop apps to access your camera

    2. Close Other Applications Using Camera

Before starting the session, make sure no other application is using the camera. If the camera is already in use, the session may fail.

    Check the following:

    · Verify that camera access is enabled for both Microsoft Store apps and desktop apps (as shown above in the reference images).

    · Check the “Last accessed” time in camera settings and close any recently used applications.

    Identify Camera Usage

    · If your camera LED is ON → Another application is currently using the camera

    · If the LED is OFF but shows “Camera in use” →

    o Restart your system, or

    o Try using a different laptop/device

    3. Final Checklist Before Staring Session
