Troubleshooting guide for a seamless test experience
Microphone
- Disconnect any external devices and use the system’s mic for audio registration.
- Go to System Settings and in Microphone Privacy settings and allow mic access to
all the applications. - If there’s any issue you’re facing with your mic altogether, please visit this website
to have your mic tested: https://mictests.com
Webcam Issue:
Move to a very well-lit area and fit your entire face in the oval shape shown on the screen before you click on ‘Take Photo’.
I would also request you if you could check if your camera itself is functioning properly from this site here: https://webcamtests.com/
(Please check your camera in other apps such as Skype, Camera etc. as well)
In certain cases, there is an issue with the firewall which causes camera-related problems. Please try and switch to cellular hotspot and then try to attempt the test.

• Reinstall or enable PowerShell via Windows Features if missing

• Check and remove any system or security restrictions blocking PowerShell
Restricted Software detected (AnyDesk) issue
The reason due to which this error prompt pops up is because the software called AnyDesk might actually be running in the background and may not be visible directly in the Task Manager. Please follow the below mentioned steps to get past this error and take the test:
• Please make sure to check in the Processes tab of the Task Manager if AnyDesk is
running. If it is indeed running, please close and disable its auto startup from
there itself.
• After that has been checked, please close the Test Window and press Win + R to
open “Run”. Once it has opened, please type in “msconfig”.
• After typing in msconfig and clicking OK, click on the Services Tab on top
• Once on the Services Tab, please check the box that says Hide all Microsoft Services.
• Once that box is checked, please search in the list that says AnyDesk Service and uncheck the box.
