Why is my access key not working or missing?

The access key required for your test is auto generated and automatically filled in when you open the test link.
If you do not see it:
• Close your browser completely (not just the tab).
• Reopen the test link from your email.
• The access key should now appear pre-filled. If it still doesn’t appear or work, take screenshot of the issue and contact support for assistance.
