How to Fix "Authentication Failed" on assessment platform

The error says you need an email invitation to take this test. Here’s what to do:

Step 1 – Check Your Email Inbox
• Look for an email from iMocha or the company that sent you the test
• Check your Spam/Junk folder too
• The invite email usually has a direct link to start the test — use that link instead of going to the website manually

Step 2 – Make Sure You’re Using the Right Email
• The email you are using must be the same one the test invite was sent to
• If the invite was sent to a different email (work/college email), use that one instead

Step 3 – Contact the Test Organizer
• Reach out to support@imocha.co
• Tell them:
Your name and email address
That you’re getting “Authentication Failed”
Ask them to resend the invite to your correct email

Step 4 – Once You Get the Invite Email
• Click the link directly from the email
• Don’t copy-paste the access key manually — use the link in the email
