What are test labels?
Know what are test labels and how to group tests that have similar skill sets.
Adding test labels is an excellent way of organizing your test with similar skill sets. Test labels are tags or topics that can be added to a test. Once the test labels are created, you can use them to tag your test for skill categorization. You can add multiple test labels to a single test.
Creating the Test Labels:
You can name the test label to categorize the skills, for example, aptitude, Java, English Proficiency, etc. The test label should not exceed 80 characters. These test labels can then be used to tag your tests. You can even edit or delete the test labels.
Adding Labels to your Test:
You can tag multiple labels to tests.
Use the All Categories drop-down button on the Explore Skills page of the Talent portal to filter the tests as per the labels tagged.
Note:
When you assign a label to a test, it becomes visible under the Explore Skills menu for employees in the Talent Portal.
Ensure that any test published under the Explore Skills menu is not assigned in any other program to avoid duplication.
