Understanding Completion Time Flags in Candidate Reports

Analyze candidate performance with Completion Time Flags.

Completion Time Flags help recruiters and admins analyze candidate performance by indicating whether a test was completed 30% earlier or later than the average time. This feature helps identify outliers and gain deeper insights into test results.

Using Completion Time Flags

Filtering Candidate Reports by Completion Time Flags

You can filter candidate reports based on completion time flags to quickly analyze outliers.

To do so,

  1. Navigate to the Reports -> All Reports section within app.imocha.io.

    • Late Finishers (Displays candidates flagged as late finishers)

  4. The report table will dynamically update based on the selected filter.

  5. The selected filter will persist until the user manually changes the setting.

  3. The completion time flags will also be displayed in the summary tab. By hovering over the flag, you can see additional contextual information about the candidate's completion time.
For example: The candidate completed the test in 5 minutes and 8 seconds, which is lower than the expected minimum duration of 22 minutes—30% less than the average test time of 32 minutes. Screenshot 2025-03-26 at 3.53.21 PM
  4. The Proctoring Tab includes a detailed breakdown of candidate completion times compared to the average.

    Candidate’s Completion Time (e.g., 5 min)

Average Completion Time (e.g., 32 min)

    Percentage Deviation (e.g., 84.38%")

    Percentage Deviation = (Average Completion Time - Candidate’s Completion Time/ Average Completion Time)X 100
