How to configure multi-skill assessment?

Build a Multi-Skill Assessment

Validating your skills one at a time takes effort. The Multi-Skill Assessment Builder lets you combine up to 15 skills into a single session - so you can demonstrate a broader range of capabilities in one go and get your profile updated faster.

Step 1: Trigger the builder from your Skills page

On your Skills page, find any skill you want to validate and click Validate Skill > Take Assessment.

This opens the Build a Multi-Skill Assessment modal. The skill you clicked is pre-selected and marked as (Triggered).

The modal subtitle reads: "Choose up to 15 'not validated' skills to generate one unified assessment."

Step 2: Select your skills

The modal lists all skills with a published assessment that you haven't yet validated. Each row shows the skill name, its current status, proficiency level, and duration.

Select the skills you want to include. As you choose, the counters at the top update in real time:

  • Total Assessment Time — the running sum of all selected skill durations
  • Skills Selected: N (Max 15) — how many you've picked so far

A time bar below the counters visualizes your total session length against the maximum (225 minutes). Once you reach 15 skills, the remaining checkboxes are disabled.

You can deselect the triggered skill if you'd prefer not to include it, just make sure at least one skill remains selected.

Step 3: Generate the assessment

Once you've selected at least one skill, click Generate Assessment. This creates a single unified assessment covering all your selected skills, named Multi-Skill Assessment 1 (each subsequent one increments automatically - Multi-Skill Assessment 2, 3, and so on).

Not ready? Click Not Now to close the modal without creating anything.

Step 4: Take the assessment

Your generated assessment appears in My Assessments. Open it to see the skills it covers, the number of questions, duration, difficulty level, and due date. Click Start Assessment to begin. You'll move through all selected skills back-to-back in a single continuous session.

Step 5: View your results

After completing the assessment, a single report is generated covering all the skills in your run. Click on View Details below the Multi-Skill Assessment 1.

It shows each skill's score, target proficiency, and pass/fail status. Skills where you meet or exceed the validation threshold are marked validated and reflected immediately in your Skills profile. Skills you don't pass remain available for a future attempt - a partial result is never a dead end.

The more skills you validate, the more complete and accurate your profile becomes. The Multi-Skill Assessment Builder makes that possible in a single sitting - less back-and-forth, more progress.
