iMocha has recently introduced a powerful new capability within its Skills Intelligence platform. AI-powered Skills Inference from Resumes and Certifications. This feature enables organizations to automatically extract and infer employees’ skills and proficiency levels by simply uploading resumes and certifications.  

How to Add Certificates to your profile

1.Log in to Talent Portal to view the uploaded certificates or upload new certificates.

2.Click My Certificates to access the certificates.

3. You can view the certificates that are added to your skill profile.

4. Click Add New Certificate to add a new certificate to enhance your skills profile. The following window appears:

5. Enter the Certificate Title, and other mandatory details.

6.Enter the certificate validity if applicable.

7. Select the skill for which you got the certification, if needed.

8. Click the Browse button to upload the certificate in pdf, jpg, jpeg, or png format.

9. Click Save.

Your certificate has been saved successfully.

10. You can now infer skills from the certificate and save it.
11. The skills inferred has an AI backed explanation with proficiency marked for each skill.

Download Certificate

1. Click Download.
2. The certificate is downloaded to your system in PDF format.
   

Adding certifications to your skill profile enhances your professional credibility and provides insights into your skills.

How to Add Resume to your profile

1. Log in to Talent Portal. Go to Skill Profile.
2. When you click on My Resume, you will be redirected to a page that either displays your previously uploaded resume or provides an option to upload a new one.
   
   
   3. Click My Resume option to view the uploaded resume.
   
   

Download Resume
Use the Download option at the top right corner, to download your resume as needed.
