Candidate's experience during AI Interview

Welcome to your Conversational AI interview powered by Tara, iMocha’s advanced AI interviewer. This guide will walk you through the steps of participating in a seamless and interactive interview experience.

Receive the Interview Invitation

You will receive an email from iMocha inviting you to take the interview. This email will contain a link that you need to click on to begin your interview. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to the interview portal.

Authentication Process 

Upon entering the portal, you will be prompted to authenticate your details. This ensures that the interview is correctly linked to your profile. Ensure all your information is accurate and then accept the authentication to proceed to the next step.

Before starting the interview, you’ll need to perform an audio and microphone check. This ensures that Tara is able to hear you clearly throughout the interview. You will be asked to allow the website to access your microphone, and you may be prompted to speak a few words so Tara can confirm the audio quality.

Once the audio check is successful, you can move forward by clicking the Start Interview button.

It is recommended to go through the interview tips and then move ahead by clicking Proceed.

After passing the audio check, the interview will begin. Tara, the AI interviewer, will greet you and start asking questions. You will respond verbally, and Tara will ask follow-up questions based on your answers.

Click on Start Interview to begin with the process. 

During this conversation, you can follow the entire dialogue as it unfolds. The transcript of both Tara’s questions and your responses will be visible on the right-hand side of the screen, allowing you to keep track of the interview in real time.

Completing the Interview

Once Tara has finished asking all the interview questions, you will be given the option to end the interview. You can do this by clicking the End Interview button. This marks the end of the session.

Providing Feedback

After you click End Interview, a Feedback Form will appear on your screen. In this form, you will be asked to rate your overall interview experience and provide any additional comments. Take a moment to complete the form, and feel free to add any thoughts or suggestions you may have.

Once you’re done, click Submit to finalize the process.
