How to invite a candidate to assessment tests

  1. Log into your Workday instance, search for "View Job Requisition" and click the entry in the dropdown:

  2. Type in the name of a specific job in the popup (we're using "Snow Developer" as an example in this guide), hit the Enter key and press on the "OK" button:
  3. Click on the "Candidates" tab on the job details page:
  4. Select a candidate (we're selecting the "Example Candidate" candidate in this example), and click the "Move Forward" button:
  5. Select the "Assessment" stage for the "Move Selected Candidates to Next Stage" field and press on the "OK" button: 
  6. The candidate will be moved to the "Assessment" stage. Click on the "Assessment" stage, locate the candidate, and click on the "Assess" button: 
  7. In the "Assess Candidate" popup, assign a value that indicates the assessment test(s) has been placed on the candidate to the "Overall Status" field (we're using "Invited" as an example):
  8. Click on the "Plus" button on the "Assessment Test" table, search for the assessment test(s) that you would like to assign to this candidate, and click on the "Submit" button:
  9. The candidate will be invited to the assessment test(s) shortly.

 

How to set up bulk invites for a job

  1. Search for "Edit Job Requisition" and click the entry in the dropdown:



  2. Type in the name of a specific job in the popup (we're using "Snow Developer" as an example in this guide), hit the Enter key and press on the "OK" button:
  3. Click on the "Job" tab on the sidebar:
  4. Locate the "Assessments" section, and click on the "Pencil" icon under the "Assessments" section:
  5. Click on the "Default Assessment Tests" field:
  6. Search and add the assessment test(s) that you would like the candidates to be assessed on for the job requisition, and click on the "Check" button afterwards:
  7. Click on the "Summary" tab on the sidebar:
  8. Click on the "Submit" button:

    Once the task has been approved, candidates will be invited to the configured assessment test(s) automatically once they've moved to the "Assessment" stage.

 

 

How to filter candidates by score

  1. Search for "Compare Candidate Assessments" and click the entry in the dropdown:


  2. Type in the name of a specific job in the popup (we're using "Snow Developer" as an example in this guide), hit the Enter key and press on the "OK" button:
  3. Click on the "filter" button: 
  4. Click on the "Add" button in the popup:
  5. Select the "Total Score" column:
  6. Set up your filtering criteria. Here, candidates whose score is greater or equal to 80 will appear:
  7. You will now see the candidates who match the filtering criteria:
