Configuring Conversational AI Interviews and Inviting Candidates
The AI Interviews feature in iMocha empowers organizations to streamline candidate assessments with automated, AI-driven interviews. This help article will guide you through the step-by-step process of accessing the AI Interviews product, creating and editing interviews, inviting candidates, and viewing comprehensive reports generated from their responses.
Login to https://app.imocha.io/. Use the navigation menu to locate and click on the “AI Interviews” option as shown in the screenshot below.
Clicking on AI Interviews will redirect you to the dedicated AI Interviews product page.
This page provides access to all AI interview features.
To create a new interview and send out invitations to candidates:
Click on the “Create Interview” button. You can either configure AI Interview or use manual questions.
Configure the required interview details.
On clicking AI-driven Interview, an additional “Interview Details” text box is
available for adding any relevant information to assist the AI Interview Agent
in answering candidate queries (e.g., organizational context,
interview-specific instructions). Refer to the screenshot below for a visual
guide.
For Manual Questions-driven Interview, recruiter or hiring manager can add their own custom questions to an AI-driven interview setup.
Once the interview is created successfully, a pop up notification appears.
Users can edit existing interviews, if needed.
Click on the bar graph icon to View Reports, Invite Candidates or Edit AI Interview.
- Select the Open Link Invitation tab to proceed with open link access.
- Proctoring settings can be configured as required before sharing the link.
- A shareable interview URL is displayed along with a Copy Link button.
Candidates who receive an open link can share it with others. Customers should be informed of this behavior before using open link invitations.
2. To review a candidate,
Click on “View Report” for the respective candidate.
You’ll be able to see a comprehensive skill summary of the interview, along with the audio and text transcript of the conversation.
