How to download and share the candidates report in PDF format?

Know how to download and share the candidates report with teammates.

To have an in-depth analysis of the candidate's test, iMocha gives you the candidate report in PDF format. You can download and share the report or even give access to your teammate to view the report.

You can view the reports from:

1. Candidates -> Live Data tab.
2. My tests tab.

How to view the report from the Live Data tab:

1. Click Candidates - Live Data. 
2. Search the candidate  by name or email address or select the candidate from the list of tests displayed.
3. Click View Reports.
   
4. The report page opens, where you can choose to download or share the report.
   
5. The downloaded PDF report looks like this.
   
6. Click Share Report, enter the email address, and share the report with the concerned person.

Video Questions in PDF report: Now, for tests with video questions, the PDF will contain the video URL that can be accessed by the receiver.
When you click on Download, a pop-up appears allowing you to choose the sections to include in the report — such as question and answer details, the candidate’s base image, and proctoring images

How to view the report from the My Tests tab:

1. Click the My Tests and select the Test. 
2. Click Reports corresponding to the particular test.
   
3. Select the candidate whose reports you want to share.
4. Click Share Reports.
   
5. From the drop-down menu, select the team member you want to select the report.
   
6. Click Share.

PDF Report Contents

The downloadable assessment report (PDF) contains the following sections:

1. Cover Page
Displays key details such as the company name, assessment ID, candidate name, and the candidate’s image (if the option to include the image is selected).

2. Index
Provides a structured list of all sections included in the report for easy navigation.

3. Score Analysis
Gives an overview of the candidate’s overall performance and total score percentage.

4. Section Score Analysis
Breaks down the candidate’s performance across different sections of the assessment.

5. Section Skill Analysis
Shows the candidate’s proficiency level across specific skills evaluated in the test.

6. Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Highlights the candidate’s strengths and areas for improvement along with development recommendations.

7. Difficulty Level Analysis
Analyzes candidate performance across different difficulty levels of questions.

8. Proctoring Images
Includes captured images from the proctoring process to support test integrity verification.

9. Proctoring Analysis
Provides a summary of proctoring observations and any flagged activities during the assessment.

10. Test Log
Displays technical details such as test timestamps, status, and recorded IP address during the assessment.

If you want to share the PDF reports, click Reports -> View Report (for the selected candidate), and you will get the option to share as PDF.
