How to choose the landing page of the employees in the Talent portal?

Know how to decide on the landing page of the employees in the Talent portal.

Administrators have the option to choose the landing page for employees on the talent portal. You can select Programs, Explore Skills, or Skills Profile as the landing page for your employees. The default landing page will be Explore Skills.

To choose the landing page:

  1. Go to Settings -> Global Settings.
  2. Select the Employee Accessibility Settings tab.

  3. Select from Programs, Explore Skills, or Skills Profile as the landing page, as needed.
  4. Select the Hide explore skills tab, to control the availability of Explore Skills page for employees.
    • When enabled, the Explore Skills tab is inaccessible for employees until they finish the assigned program.

    • When disabled, the Explore Skills tab is accessible to employees irrespective of their program completion status.

  5. Click Save.

Note:

The default landing page will be Explore Skills, which changes to My Programs if the Explore Skills tab is hidden for the user.
