How to select category?

Know what skill categories are and how to explore a range of skills.

Based on different criteria, skills are classified into categories. You can select the skill categories and view details of each of the assessments in the category.

To select a skill category:

Log on to the Talent portal.
Click Explore Skills.
Click All categories.
Select the desired category from the drop-down, to view all the assessments organized in the corresponding category.
The following window with all the assessments labelled to the corresponding category appears:

View details of each assessments and take the one apt for you to assess your skill strength and weaknesses. Skill assessment at regular intervals is crucial for analyzing your strengths and weaknesses, identifying areas for improvement, and taking steps to enhance your skills.
