How to retake an assessment?

Know how to check the number of reattempts available for an assessment and the steps to reattempt it.

Skill assessment at regular intervals is crucial for analyzing your strengths and weaknesses, identifying areas for improvement, tracking progress, and taking steps to enhance your skills. Regular skill assessments can help you proactively approach your career development, set goals, and stay competitive in your industry. The administrator limits the number of assessments to help you focus on the specific tests related to your job role or career path. 

To retake an assessment:

1. Log on to the Talent portal.
2. Click Explore Skills.
   

   

   All the assessments are displayed on the page. Navigate through each page to select the assessment apt for you. You can narrow down your search by selecting the skill category from the search list Or searching for the skill in the search bar.
   
   Or 
   Click My Program and view all the programs assigned to you. 
   
   View each module and select the assessment you want to reattempt.
3. Click View details corresponding to the assessment you want to retake.
   Your skill proficiency, previous attempt score, skill strengths, and areas of improvement appears.
   
4.  Click Retake Assessment, to attempt the assessment, and the tooltip displays the number of reattempts left.
