Resend enrolment emails
Sending out enrolment emails ensures that all employees promptly receive their onboarding information. This feature resolves any issues with missed or misplaced emails, making the onboarding process more efficient and ensuring that every team member can access iMocha's robust skill assessment tools without any delays.
To resend enrolment emails to employees:
- Login to the talent management portal of iMocha.
- On the landing page of the portal, go to Admin Center > Enrolment.
- Search for the employee by entering their name or a keyword, then select the employee to whom you wish to resend the enrolment email.
- In the Actions column, click the Resend Email icon for the specific employee, as show in the image.
Note: You can also take actions like Deactivate User and Reset Password. - In the pop-up window, click Resend Email. An email will be sent to the registered email of the selected employee.
Note: You can also select multiple employees to resend emails simultaneously. The multi-select option is disabled when only one employee is selected but becomes enabled when multiple employees are chosen. - An enrolment email with respective details, will reflect in the inbox of the selected candidate.
This process will streamline information and ensure a seamless workflow for enrolling employees, improving efficiency and ensuring timely access to necessary resources.
