How to create and publish ready to use test under Explore Skills?

Know how to use iMocha's Ready-to-use tests under Explore Skills in the Talent portal.

Ready-to-use tests are predefined tests created by iMocha based on different job profiles.

To create and publish Ready-to-use test:

  1. Go to Skills Library.
  2. Select the desired skill category from the drop-down list.
    Browse through the various skill tests listed or search for the test by typing the skill name in the search box, as shown below:

  3. Click Add to My Tests icon, to create a ready-to-use test related to the selected skill.
    The test with the selected skill is created and appears on the My Test page. You can include additional skills and sections if needed.
  4. Click Publish, to proceed ahead to Publish the test. 
    Once the test is published, you can mark it with labels and assign it to the employees.

Quick Tip: Click the Skill Name to know more on test details.

You can view the test details and options to view Sample Questions and all Related Test.

 

Only the Published Active Tests, with Labels assigned to them, will be displayed under Explore Skills on the Talent portal.
