Know how to notify employees about their enrolment on the talent portal.

An enrolment email verifies the employee is enrolled successfully in the portal and motivates them to continue their skill enhancement journey. It includes the link to the talent portal and the link to generate a password to provide simple access to the talent platform.

They can click the Generate new password button in the email to redirect to the portal and create their password.

An enrolment email to an employee appears as shown below:

To customise the enrolment email:

  1. Go to Settings-> Global Settings
  2. Select the Email Settings tab.
  3. Select the Employee Enrolment E-mail and edit as required.

  4. Click Save.
Now, the employee will receive the customized email when enrolled in the Talent portal.
