How to manage and create new labels?
Know how to manage and create new labels.
Test Labels are tags that can be added to tests for grouping the tests with similar skill sets. You can add multiple labels to a single test.
Manage labels:
- Go to Skills Validation->Tests->My Tests.
- Click Labels icon and select Manage Labels from the drop-down.
- The following page with Global Level settings for Test Labels appears:
- a. To create a new label:
i. Click Create New Label.
ii. Enter the new Label Name.
iii. Click Save.
Once the label is created, you can assign the label to any published test.
OR
b. To delete a label:
i. Click the Delete button as shown below:
ii. Click Yes on the confirmation window that appears.
Note:
When you assign a label to a test, it becomes visible under the Explore Skills menu for employees in the Talent Portal.
Ensure that any test published under the Explore Skills menu is not assigned in any other program to avoid duplication.
