Creating structured skill definitions using AI.
The AI-Generated Skills Rubric helps organisations create structured skill definitions with ease. By leveraging AI, users can generate predefined skill levels with detailed descriptions, ensuring consistency and alignment with best practices. This tool allows for quick customization, enabling users to modify skill level definitions, or regenerate AI-generated descriptions as needed. Whether you are standardising competencies across teams or refining skill assessment frameworks, this feature enhances efficiency while maintaining flexibility.
To access and generate the skills rubric or customize the same:
- Log in to the Admin portal of iMocha.
- Go to Skills Architecture and click My Taxonomy. My Taxonomy gives an access to the Job Profile data of employees.
- Click on View/Edit next to the job profile for which you want to define a rubric.
- Click Edit Skill Rubric to Generate a description for the skill added to your profile.
Once the skill descriptions are generated for each level, you can either Save Skill Rubric or Regenerate Description. - Click Edit Skill Rubric to modify the rubric details and customize the descriptions as needed.
- The skill description is now available in editable format. You have the option to manually edit the descriptions or select Regenerate Description to receive a new suggestion from the AI.
- A confirmation pop-up appears on the screen. Click Yes, Regenerate to replace the existing description with a new one, or select No, Not Now to keep the current description.
Note: The description remains same for Level 0.
- Click Save Skill Rubric to save the final changes made to the skill description.
