How to enable Program Reminder emails?

Know how to enable program notification.

To enable the program notification when the employees are assigned to a program:

  1. Go to Skills Validation->Programs->My Programs.
    The list of programs are displayed:
  2. Select the Program for which you want to enable program notification, you can use the below filters to narrow down the search results.
  3. Select the Settings tab.
  4. Select the Notification Settings tab.
  5. Select the Yes option to enable the Program Reminder, as needed.
  6. Click Save.

Once the program reminder is enabled, an email notification is sent to the employee when the employee is assigned a program.

Note: Ensure the program is in draft mode. If the program is published, you can only view whether or not the program notification is enabled.
