How to create Job Profile with HRMS when Skills Intelligence is enabled?

Know how to create Job Profile with HRMS when Skills Intelligence is enabled.

Once you have configured the SAP Success factor and uploaded the Job Code in to the system, you can go ahead and create Job Profiles.

To create Job Profile.

1.  Go to Skills Architecture. 
   

2. Click Add Job Profile, to create job profiles.

   

3. Select the Job code from the drop-down list.
   Note: Job codes get populated only if the job code upload using SAP SuccessFactor is successful.

   
4. Enter the Job Profile name, Occupation, Job Role and Country.
5. Click Create. 
   The job profiles created will be displayed as shown below.
   
   

   Once you create a job profile and map the job code to it, Job Profile with the job code gets assigned to it in the back end.
