How to create capability master in the account?

Create capability master in the account.

Job responsibilities and capabilities are closely interconnected. We follow a structured ontology that categorizes job roles, job families, and sectors. For every job role, it is essential to integrate a capability master into the account.

To add a capability,

  1. Login to talent management portal. Go to Skills Architecture -> Capabilities.

  2. Click Upload Capability.

  3. Download the excel file template to add the required information.
  4. Enter the capability name and description.
    Note:
    Capability description is mandatory.

  5. Save the file and click on Upload here to upload the excel file.
    Note: If the file upload is successful, you will receive an email with the details.

    The skills are uploaded successfully and added to the capabilities list.

  6. You can also create a capability based on the skills added in My Taxonomy.
  7. Click Create Capability.

  8. Add capability name and description.
    Note: To add a single capability, use the Create Capability option. To upload multiple capabilities at once, use the Upload Capability option.

    Capability has been added successfully.

  9. If you wish to edit a capability, click Edit.

    Click Save to save the changes.

  10. If you wish to delete a capability, select the Delete icon.

  11. A warning message will pop up on the screen. 
    Click Yes, Remove to delete or No, Not now to avoid deletion.
