      How to configure masters to create My Taxonomy in the account?

      Create your custom taxonomy in skills architecture.

      1. iMocha offers both predefined skills and the option to customize skills to suit your needs. Under My Taxonomy Master, you can upload your skills or taxonomy, categorized into domains, sub-domains, and skill clusters. This customization broadens the range of available skills, better meeting diverse business needs.

      To create your own taxonomy,

      1. Login to talent management portal. Go to Skills Architecture -> Skills Taxonomy and select My Taxonomy Master.

      2. On the My Taxonomy Master page, you can upload Domain, Sub-Domain, Skills Cluster etc. To upload a new domain, click on Upload Domain.

      3. Click Download to download the excel template to fill in the information.

        Here is a sample of the downloaded template. Once filled, click on Upload to upload the file.
        Note: Follow instructions mentioned at the bottom of the sheet.

      4. Domain names are updated in the Domain section on the My Taxonomy Master page.

      5. You can upload sub-domain as Neural Network for AI and Machine Learning for VR in a similar manner.
        Once uploaded, the sub-domains are recorded under the Sub-domains section.

      6. To upload Skill Cluster, click on Upload Skill Cluster and download the excel file template.

      7. Update the excel file template with the update information to record the skill cluster or group of skills. 
        Upload the file.

      8. Skills cluster is populated under the Skill Cluster section of My Taxonomy Master page.

      9. The Skill Master is provided by iMocha and ensures consistency across data by using skill names from the iMocha Taxonomy. My Taxonomy Master allows you to modify skill names, descriptions, or classifications as needed.

      10. Under Skill Classification, you can download the excel template and upload the skill classification.

        You can add the details of skill classification in the excel sheet and click Upload to upload the file.

      11. Once the classifications are uploaded, it gets recorded under Skill Classification section.

      12. After uploading each section, a summary email is sent to the notification inbox, detailing successful and unsuccessful records along with remarks. If the upload fails, you can review the summary email for more information.
      My Taxonomy Master data has been created successfully and it can be uploaded under My Taxonomy section.
