Add previous job profile

iMocha's enhanced talent management system provides a highly efficient method for updating both previous and current job roles. This functionality significantly improves the ability to track and understand the skills and roles an employee has undertaken. As a result, it becomes much easier to align their roles with the relevant skills they possess, leading to more effective talent management and deployment within the organization.

 
To update previous job profile
  1. Login to talent portal of iMocha. Go to Skill Profile.

  2. Select Previous Job profiles-> Add Previous Job Profile to add/update previous or current job profile.
    Note: You can update the last three job profiles, including your current or previous organizations, and add details of previous roles.

  3. Select the most relevant Job Profile from the list of profiles that appear in the drop down menu.

  4. Enter the amount of experience you have in the selected roles and click on Save.

    You have successfully added the previous job profile and roles, enabling easy mapping and reference of past roles and responsibilities.
