To help you make the most of it, we will walk you through the various sections and options in the menu, enabling you to navigate effortlessly and discover the full potential of iMocha's Talent Admin portal.

Insights:

This section offers in-depth insights into various aspects of skills and capabilities, enabling you to make informed decisions and maximize growth. Insights help you to effortlessly track, manage, and gain insights on all skills in your organization, facilitating strategic planning for training, hiring, and resource allocation.

  1. Skills Inventory: Skills inventory refers to a comprehensive record or database that captures information about the skills possessed by all the employees within your organisation.
  2. Talent Pool: The talent pool provides the list of employees enrolled by you in the portal. It is a convenient way to search and filter employees. Users can explore the employees' profiles by accessing this pool, gaining insights into their login details and status.

Skills Architecture: 

The Skills Architecture menu focuses on managing and administrating Job Profiles, Skills Taxonomy, Job Roles, Capabilities, and enrolling employees. It offers a range of features and functionalities to effectively organise, track, and analyse skills within the system.

  1. Job Profile: A description of the specific abilities, competencies, capabilities, and expertise required to successfully perform the duties of a particular job role or position. It includes the job role and the corresponding primary, secondary, and behavioural skills.
  2. Skills Taxonomy: Skills taxonomy enables organisations to understand, categorise, and utilise skills effectively, improving workforce productivity, talent alignment, and organisational success. It is a categorisation framework that classifies skills for a job role based on their distinct characteristics and hierarchical relationships.
  3. Job Role Capability Mapping: Compilation of all the positions and roles within your organisation, providing an overview of each role.

    Admin Center:

    The Admin Center menu acts as a pivotal hub for administrators, focusing on employee enrolment processes and HRMS integration.

    1. Enrolment: The enrolment menu lists all enrolled employees, allowing you to easily manage, update, and download information using the available filter and search functionalities. Additionally, you can enroll more employees using the HRMS integration feature available here.
    2. Integration: Integration bridges the gap between HRMS and the Talent Management portal and establishes an environment where data seamlessly transfers between these systems, enabling a more thorough analysis of employee skills and job profiles.

    Skills Validation:

    The Skills Validation menu directs you to the talent admin portal where you can create testa and programs to assess and validate employees' skills. Skill validation currently includes Tests and Projects. We provide the options for Self-Rating, and Managers Rating in the Talent portal. And the forthcoming addition to validation sections are: Interviews, AI Inferred validation.

    The Skills Validation menu in the talent admin portal appears as shown below:

    1. Tests: The Tests section provides a selection of skill assessments to evaluate proficiency in specific areas. Testing employees' skills is an integral part of the upskilling process. iMocha's skills assessment platform lets you create a test, assign it to the employees, and view the reports to analyse the performance of employees' learning initiatives.
    2. Projects: iMocha Projects helps you evaluate the technical proficiency of the employees by solving real-world scenario-based projects comparable to what they will encounter on the job. By completing these projects, employees can demonstrate their ability to apply their skills effectively, showcasing their problem-solving capabilities and practical expertise.
    3. My Program: My program displays all programs created by you. A program is a structured learning experience designed to help individuals acquire or improve new skills.
    4. All Programs: All Programs display all programs shared with you and the programs created by the sub-users.

    Skills Library:

    iMocha has 2,500+ skills tests for various job profiles. You can browse the tests from our skills library or search for them and customise the test as needed.

    My Questions:

    iMocha lets you add your own questions to the test so that you can evaluate the participants with questions relevant to your organisation. You can add and manage questions using the My Questions feature. You can also create a test with a combination of questions from iMocha skills library and your uploaded questions.
